The main objectives of the CNAD include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering innovation, and maintaining a secure environment for digital asset transactions.
The CNAD also maintains a public registry of authorized issuers and marketers of digital assets.
Operating without CNAD approval is illegal, and offenders are subject to penalties under the Digital Asset Issuance Law.
